2. Photograph or Key-in the Product Serial Number
- Take a clear photograph of the Product Serial Number. This process helps to ensure the verification of the submission.

3. Photograph / Upload the Proof of Purchase
- Capture the proof of purchase. Please, ensure the image is clear. This process helps to ensure the verification of the submission.
*E.g. of a Proof of Purchase. Ensure the Lenovo product is listed in the invoice, including the Product MTM, and Serial Number.

4. Enter the Purchase Date
- Provide the date of the Product purchase as indicated on the Proof of Purchase (Invoice / Receipt). This process helps to ensure the verification of the submission.
5. Upload your Identification Card (ID)
- Please, help to upload a clear image of your Identification Card (ID) to align with local regulations, we need to verify the authenticity of the claim and that there's no duplication.

6. Fill in your Personal Information
- Complete all required fields. Including your name, contact information and any other specifics necessary to process your submission.
7. Confirm the information
- Review and verify that all information submitted is accurate, and complete.
8. Track your Submission
- Check the status of the submission
