How-to Capture Product Label
- In order to complete your submission, a serial number and MTM is required.
- You may find your MTM and Serial number on the side of your product box.

Carefully capture the Serial number on the side of the box like the example below:
- Alternatively, the serial number be found in your Lenovo Vantage software under My Device.
- Upon successful capture, click submit and procced with the submission.
